How do I care for my roses once arrive?
Depending on if you want to grow them in a container or plant in the ground.
1. To grow in a container:
Carefully repot your rose into a bigger size plant pot/container. Please make sure the container provides good drainage to avoid root rot. Then water it thoroughly, place it in a partial shade area for a few days to weeks until the plant is acclimated to the new environment. Care for it normally.
2. To be planted in the ground:
Follow the same steps above for grow in a container until the plant is acclimated to the new environment and grew new healthy leaves. Once the plant is growing strong and healthy, it is ready to be planted in the ground. Pick a good location for the rose (a spot that has enough sunlight and good drainage for the rose), dig a hole that is 2 feet of width, and 2 feet of depth. Fill in the soil and plant the rose with its original soil. Finishing it up by water it thoroughly.
How are the rose plants shipped?
Each plant is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Depending on the type of rose and for eco-friendly considerations, it may be shipped potted or with the roots wrapped in protective material.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping time may vary depending on your location, but we aim to deliver fresh and healthy plants as quickly as possible.
Do you offer refunds or replacements if the plant arrives damaged or unhealthy?
Yes. If your plant arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we take care of you with either a replacement or a store credit/refund.
Can I gift a rose plant to someone else?
Absolutely! Our rose plants make beautiful, long-lasting gifts. You can add a personal message during checkout, and we’ll include it with the order.
